Our Policy

At Balanced Babe Apparel, we are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit (ONLY) for the amount of the item(s). Email: support@balancedbabeapparel.com 

Please review our full return policy below. Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued. YOUR RETURN MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO RETURNING

  • All items must be in the original condition (unworn & unwashed) with the Balanced Babe Apparel tags attached to the item. Merchandise received with stains (tanning, lotion, makeup, deodorant, etc) or any other sign of use will NOT be accepted as a return & will be sent back at your expense
  • Final sale items include: Jewelry, Accessories, Bras, & all CLEARANCE items 
  • ALL sale items are FINAL and may not be returned. No EXCEPTIONS. NON-RETURNABLE:
  • Returns on NEW ARRIVAL items can be done within (7) days of receiving the item, including Sunday.

If you chose to pick up your order locally , your (7) day period begins from the day your item is fulfilled, NOT from the day you pickup.

** DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SIZINGS must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact support@balancedbabeapparel.com for assistance

** PRE ORDER returns: because we order the exact number based on customer demand, PRE ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED but can be exchanged for a different size if available

-Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at support@balancedbabeapparel.com. We have the right to REJECT and RETURN any merchandise that does not meet our quality control standards.
